- Reading before bed is a really great way to relax, and to learn! Stories have the magical ability to transport us and help us ease off to bed.
- Talk about your happy memories from your day with your caregiver or parent before bed. Ask each other what your favorite part of your day was, or something that made you feel special or loved. Focus on that memory before bedtime.
- Make sure to keep your bedtimes and wake times consistent! Falling asleep at the same time and waking at the same time is an essential part of a healthy sleep routine.
