Candles are not permitted but we recommend flameless candles for intimate ambiance.
Yes. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we require all outside vendors (like photographers and DJs) to provide a standard certificate of insurance prior to your event.
Absolutely. We have on-site AV capabilities for special toasts, music, and slideshows.
We can add specific equipment to your custom proposal based on your needs.
Yes. We are happy to coordinate a room block for your party.
Depending on the size of the block, we often provide preferred rates and special perks for the wedding couple.
We offer 24 hour valet parking at $75 for cars and $85 for SUVs.
While our team will handle food and beverage, staffing, and setup, we do recommend that you have an on -site coordinator or wedding planner to coordinate your vendors. We would be happy to make recommendations.
All food and beverage is subject to 8.875% New York tax and a 25% service charge, which includes 15% gratuity and 10% administrative fee. Rental fees are subject to a 25% administrative fee and 8.875% New York tax, as well as any applicable local occupancy taxes.
Each Bartender requires a fee of $275 for four hours.
Coat check attendants are available at a rate of $275, but not required. We require rental fees for our private event spaces on a case by case basis.
Yes. Our event spaces are fully accessible, and our team is happy to assist with any specific needs to ensure a comfortable experience for you and your guests.
We offer TV rentals for slideshows at a rate of $500 plus tax and service charge. Any other Audio Visual equipment can be rented from our AV partner, AV Workshop or provided by your band or DJ.
Other than wedding cakes, we do not typically allow outside food and beverage. If you have a special request, please reach out to your catering manager.
Bartender service is $275 per bartender for four hours. An optional coat check attendant is also available at $275. Your catering manager can advise on how many bartenders are recommended based on your guest count.
We allow many types of décor, including flameless candles, florals, and balloons. We do not allow open flames, confetti, glitter, bird seed, pyrotechnics, or sparklers. If any of the above are used, a fee will be charged at an amount determined by the Hotel.
We have a Preferred Vendors List, which will be provided to you. Any other vendors will need to be approved by the hotel and must be licensed with a current Certificate of Insurance.
We have a security guard present at the hotel at all times. If you would like private security for your event, we will arrange it for you at an additional cost.
